Vision statement for Minnesota Family Church’s worship ministry. Written by Kenei. Reference for decision-making.
Core vision elements (WE SEE):
- Ownership not spectating — every musician, vocalist, AV tech serves with humble, generous hearts that replace egos and agendas
- Sustainable rotation — abundant team rotates week to week; no burnout; music learned before rehearsal, hearts prepared
- Authentic modeling from platform — movement, raised hands, genuine worship set spiritual temperature; congregation follows
- Community beyond Sunday — families praying for families, elders mentoring youth, real relationships not just task collaboration
- Original Unificationist songs — written, refined, recorded within 3-5 years; album that becomes resource nationally
- Dual-track ministry — rotating Sunday team + “For Heaven’s Sake” outreach band for concerts and events
- Communication as invisible glue — free-flowing, honest, prompt; problems solved through conversation not assumption
- AV team as spiritual servants — technically excellent AND spiritually invested; their preparation is worship
- Sunday as welcoming doorway — newcomers encounter God’s love powerfully; connect to small groups; become family
- National recognition through faithfulness — not fame, but other communities asking “how did you build something so healthy?”
- Generational legacy — songs sung today become songs children sing to their children
“We are not just creating worship services. We are shaping our movement’s future.”
