Four core values of the MNFC worship team:

1. WORSHIPERS (private devotion, public overflow)

  • Personal devotion is the source of power and wisdom
  • Public ministry is overflow from private devotion — not performance
  • Model authentic engagement because we lead worship as worshipers first

2. INVESTED (all in, fully prepared)

  • Initiative and ownership: see needs and meet them without being asked
  • Humble hearts: check egos at the door
  • Music learned before rehearsal; hearts ready; parts practiced
  • Pursue excellence because it points to an excellent God
  • Invest in the whole person: faith, skill, prayer, accountability, genuine care

3. CREATIVE (fresh expression of the Principle)

  • Create fresh expressions of the Principle
  • Write original songs, develop innovative formats, explore new approaches
  • Dream, take risks, experiment, embrace new ideas

4. FAMILY (real relationships, real love)

  • Cultivate real relationships — not just Sunday collaborations
  • Build each other up with words, actions, attitudes
  • Constant honest communication, mutual support, regular prayer for one another
  • Multiple generations investing in each other
  • Freely share knowledge and experience to help others succeed

These four work as a coherent whole: worshipers generate the spirit, invested brings the excellence, creative keeps it fresh, family sustains it over time.
