Book 9 says Blessed Families are not supposed to remain private households orbiting one movement. They are meant to form a new people.

That peoplehood is explicitly transnational. The chapter imagines families joined to True Parents deeply enough that their primary belonging no longer stops at inherited race, tribe, or nation.

This is one of Book 9’s clearest public claims: restored family life is not the end of the story. It is the seedbed of a different social body.
