Book 16 defines an owner of Cheon Il Guk through three shared rights: to live together with God, to participate together, and to share love together. Ownership is therefore not private possession. It is the inheritance of attendance.

That corrects a common misunderstanding. “Owner” here does not mean controller. It means a family has become fit for shared life with heaven.

This also sharpens the church-growth and leadership application. If ownership means co-labor and co-dwelling with God, then titles without participation are hollow.
