Book 13 says the spirit world has no assets apart from restored people. That is a sharp redefinition of ministry value.
In this logic, offices, titles, and long tenure do not constitute lasting heavenly wealth. What lasts is the number of people actually brought into God’s people and homeland through registration and restoration.
This is useful both theologically and organizationally. Heaven counts transformed persons as capital. Institutions are judged by whether they produce them.
