Book 13 says Home Church is completed when a person takes ownership to reform the culture of Adam and create a new culture. That pushes the mission beyond quota-thinking.
The issue is not simply whether 360 homes were contacted. The issue is whether a household becomes responsible for the surrounding relational climate, moral imagination, and lived pattern of love and truth.
This makes Home Church a cultural task. A healthy heavenly household does not merely host doctrine. It starts bending a local world toward a new norm.
