If heaven ranks people by love rather than office, then earthly leadership should be evaluated by what kind of love it forms rather than what kind of status it protects.

That immediately reframes mentoring, pastoral care, and church culture. The goal cannot be mere compliance, polished performance, or visible loyalty. It has to be the formation of people who can actually love well.

This is one of the most useful cross-domain connections in Book 6. A theology of the spirit world becomes a critique of earthly institutions whenever those institutions reward appearance more than love-capacity.
