Book 16 says the meaning of homeland expands as love expands. It begins with village and family, grows into nation, and can widen until the world and cosmos are felt as home.
That is a useful theological correction. Universal love does not abolish homeland. It enlarges it.
The sermon edge is clear: if your love is too small, your homeland will be too. The scale of belonging follows the scale of love.
